Volume 1 of Playbook is made up of 70 prompts, activities, ideas and experiments. The workbook is a downloadable PDF & you’re encouraged to print it out as many times as you like it & make a big creative mess of it.
Playbook, at its most simple, is about making time for expression & reflection. It is, I hope, a space for curious conversation within self, with others. A space to look at the world from a different perspective, perhaps ask different questions, create room for a deep breath, a little dance, a mindless scribble, a roll down a hill.
Playbook is a container for creative play, to guide you gently in a world that often rushes us onwards & away from original thought & presence in the way we interact with ideas & the world around us. It is a humble space for us to engage with our very human & very important capacity for silliness & exploration. Even if this is simply putting aside ten minutes a day to doodle on a page, draw shapes and colours, write nonsense, cut things and throw things and make a little mess, it’s a deeply human practice & one that clears a path for more creative living, thinking, problem-solving.
